My ceramic sculptures explore the beauty and movement of the female form and are inspired by traditional African culture and early 20 th century European artists. Some of my figures are slightly elongated to emphasise elegance, some have attitude while others exude calm and serenity. My animal range currently includes hares, dogs, and monkeys – fascinating subject matter with great potential to experiment with poise, articulation and humour.
